Norwegian Dawn
The top pick this week is the Norwegian Dawn 5 night sailing from Miami on November 29th to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. NCL is kid friendly with its Freestyle Cruising, which allows you a number of dining options and best of all you can dine anytime. The Dawn also has a kids club as well as a kids pool and play area.

An inside cabin (142 sq ft) is $173 $151/nt, but at $281 $221/nt the 283 sq ft mini-suite with balcony is the best deal. You can also opt for the 587 sq ft Penthouse Suite with its 2 bedrooms, luxurious bath, balcony and butler service for just $501/nt. Absolute steals!
The runner up this week is Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas November 29th sailing from Miami to Costa Maya, Belize City and Cozumel. Although sailing in the 152 sq ft inside cabin may be cramped, there is more than enough for kids to do on this ship so that time in the room won’t be a problem. Start off with an ice skating rink, rock climbing wall, surf rider and an entire waterpark area just for kids! Oh, did I forget to mention the 9 hole mini-golf course and full size basketball court? There is the usual kids program and while they are having fun there, you can relax at the adults only Solarium. You will rarely see a Freedom Class ship at these prices.
